I HAVE A NEW COMPUTER!!! A MacBook Pro, with a free iPod Touch, and I'm so hardcore freaking out right now it's not even funny. They are so pretty, I can't even take it.

19: Bruce’s teeth are clenched, eyes shut, and Tony sees his fingers curl, nails leaving imprints on the restraints, soft leather fixing Bruce to the headboard of Tony’s bed.
20: Tony Stark meets Bruce Banner for the first time at SHIELD.
21: The doorbell rings as Mahone is on his way to work.
22: Mahone awakens with Michael Scofield’s breath on the back of his neck, and Paul Kellerman’s hand stroking possessively over his waist.
23: Mahone palms the glass – empty, except for the ice, and the few bitter drops of gin and tonic.
24: Mirrored lenses in the rearview mirror.
25: It’s not long before his uniform is soaked through.
Well, more than half of them start with names, but I think the most obvious patterns are a) all of them are present tense, and b) the vast majority start in medias res. Most of these sentences sound like they're from the middle of a story, not the beginning. And, also? Fully a fifth of them start with someone waking up. 0.o?
