In other news: no less than THREE pairs of iPod headphones have broken on me in the last few weeks. After my headphones of a year and a half crapped out, I broke two new pairs. TWO. In quick succession. It's like I have a personal-headphone-decay-field or something. WTF, universe?

Is the problem with hearing in stereo? I had the same issue happen with my iPod and it turns out there's a hairline crack in the jack, which is fairly common - if you don't have Apple Care, it's about 65 dollars to get it fixed, last time I checked.

In other words, hola! Thesis has been killing me and will continue to do so till the damn thing's done, but hope all's well with you.

You know, two of them were like that - but then in the first one the metal part of the headphones (where it plugs in) came completely detached from the rest of it. The second set fell apart at the earbuds, and the third set the plastic part that covers the metal part that plugs in has fallen off, and sometimes there's stereo hearing problems, but mostly it still functions.

I just don't even know.
